Anybody have quality recipes from Salmagundi gourmet soup restaurant?

These were a series all around the West coast. Used to visit one out of South Coast Plaza. They offered over 30 kinds. A lot better than Soup Plantation. Was bought by mega company and destroyed at the end of eighties. Sauces were such things as North Beach minestrone, Al fresco avocado, icy dilled cucumber, and Grant Avenue chicken. Someone should have labored there and saved the quality recipes. It’s type of a cult factor such as the Miracle Pan.
